We offer training workshops for disadvantage individuals to support them in developing employability skills. We run one day sewing and designing workshops over a course of three months period for all our trainees.

The training workshops are FREE, all we ask is full commitment from all trainee registered each quarter. Registration for the training workshop is open all year; simply complete our online form and selected applicants will be called in for interviews. Upon completion trainee can choose to volunteer with El-Addo to continually develop their skills, help with the day-to-day management of the training workshops and the business.



​Job Vacancies

We are currently looking for machinist volunteers to teach our trainees how to operate both industrial and domestic machines. Travel expenses of all volunteers will be covered and lunch will be provided. Volunteers will also be first considered for all paid position available.
